Many people want to be promoted to become an officer, but unlike other factions we dont promote/ demote based on what levels people are... just because your a higher level then an executor doesn't mean you deserve it. SO here is what id required to be promoted:
1. be extremely Active - hardcore is founded by hardcore gamers & game designers so we expect people to play for the win! this includes levelling
2. be helpful - helping other members within the faction is part of an officers job... so prove you can do it!
3. attend events - we hold many events within 'Hardcore' from the Tuesday farming days to Fireworks shows to FB nights etc. Officers MUST attend them so again prove you can do it.
4. Learn the game! - so many people reach a high level within prefect world without knowing the basics of the game (such as shards, sockets, refining etc) we have tutorials on the forum and we expect all members to read and learn about the game, we player spec members to see who has good and socketed gear so only wear the best! and if you need better gear ask a faction tailor or blacksmith and they will tell you what mats YOU need to collect for them to make items for you
5. Be independant - always try a quest or atleast check whether its a boss before asking for help, odds are 7 times out of 10 that you can do it without help and you will earn more EXP doing it that way! (but check rule 6!)
6. know YOUR limits! - this is on the flipside of rule 5, dont run in and start attacking bosses that you think might kill you...and always ask squad members about it before running in and getting yourself owned. We dont care if you 'think' you can solo something ^_^ we practise killing bosses properly with a squad to make sure squads get used to working well together.
7. join the Voice Server - its really important for our officers and members to stay in touch... we have a voice server on WOOZAB (you can follow instructions from the voice server thread) joining the Voice server is important in being promoted.
8. Be polite - we DO NOT allow racial or sexist remarks in Hardcore... we like people to stay polite!
9. Respect officers and your superiors - being offensive to officers and superiors and even members will NOT get you promoted.
10. As an officer of 'Hardcore' you are a representitive of it, we expect officers to be polite to other factions and behave nicely (unless provoked) to all players of perfect world regardless to their faith, race, nationality or any other reason.
